I am Kinley Tshering, currently working as Chief of Protection and Enforcement with the Department of Forests and Park Services in Bhutan. I have been working in the field of forestry and conservation since 1996. I led the national adoption of SMART for monitoring of enforcement and service functions and continue to spearhead implementation in the Country in collaboration with national and international partners. I studied Climate at Columbia University and Resource Conservation at the University of Montana.
