Open access satellite data has transformed the way we monitor natural resources around the world. Decision-makers from myriad sectors can now track forests and fisheries in near real-time and act on illegal behavior. In this session, a demonstration of the Resource Watch open-access data discovery tool and partnership from the World Resources Institute, will showcase the ways in which open data can fuel conservation activities.
