Francesco Sindico is the Carbon Neutral Islands lead at the Scottish Government Islands Team on secondment from the University of Strathclyde Law School in Glasgow, Scotland where he is a Reader in International Environmental Law and Co-Director of the Strathclyde Centre for Environmental Law and Governance (SCELG). Francesco is the Founder and Co-Director of the Climate Change Litigation Initiative (C2LI) and is the author of "Comparative Climate Change Litigation: Beyond the Usual Suspects" (Springer) and "Transboundary Aquifers and International Law" (Edward Elgar).
