Pablo Perversi was appointed to the position of Chief Innovation, Sustainability & Quality Officer and Global Head of Gourmet, effective September 1, 2018. He has been a member of the Executive Committee of Barry Callebaut since September 1, 2017.


Before joining Barry Callebaut, Pablo Perversi worked for Unilever as Vice President Foods
Europe, a business made of more than 50 brands in Europe, serving 370 million consumers. In
this position, he was also a Unilever Europe Executive Team member, a Global Foods
Executive Team member and a Vice President for Culinaria Europe. 

Pablo Perversi studied Industrial Engineering and Economics at the University of Birmingham.
He also holds an accreditation from Cambridge University in Sustainable Leadership.
