Environmental Implementation Coordinator, Ministry of Health, Wellness and the Environment

Mrs. Indira James-Henry is a young professional Antiguan who holds a bachelor's degree in Environmental Science and Engineering along with a level four Mandarin Chinese proficiency. Currently, she is working within the Ministry of Health, Wellness, and the Environment as the Environmental Implementation Coordinator. 

In 2017-2019 Mrs. James-Henry was vital in Antigua and Barbuda achieving the Shopping Plastic bag and Polyethylene Styrofoam bans for foodservice products and is presently undertaking the project of reducing, reusing, and re-purposing PET bottles on the Island. Outside her duties, she enjoys meeting new persons, charity events, and traveling. 

Moreover, she also has training as an Internal Auditor for International Standard Organization (ISO) 14001:2015 and Project Management from the University of the West Indies.
