I have over 20 years’ experience in protected area management including planning, program development and implementation, research, monitoring and evaluation. With a background in plant ecology, I have worked in range of roles in both government and non-government agencies. I currently lead Parks Victoria’s management effectiveness evaluation program, State of the Parks, as well as the organisation’s involvement in the IUCN Green List program.
