Stephanie is a Biology Engineer graduated from the “Ecole de Biologie Industrielle”, in France. She holds an MBA in Business development from Nancy University in France. She dedicated her career to biodiversity management with a first four years’ experience at the UEBT Secretariat. She then moved with her family to Angola and created her own consultancy practice BiodivSourcing. Stephanie has been working since 2017 at Firmenich to drive the ambition of the group in matter of Biodiversity and embed such topics in daily activities from innovation to sourcing – as the Director Biodiversity Strategy & Compliance.
